Unfortunately, readings cannot be deleted - this is the same for all glucose meters available in the UK. Our meter holds 500 entries and once it reaches capacity it will replace the oldest result with the new one.

You can get control solution, lancet pens, USB cables, logbooks and batteries all free of charge through us. You can order them by emailing us or by calling our helpline.

Call/email us for replacement batteries or a replacement meter.

The first thing you will need to do is perform a control solution test, this will confirm if the meter is giving accurate readings or not. Instructions on how to do this are on page 15 of the instruction booklet. Please make sure your control solution has not been opened for longer than 3 months and is not past the expiry date. If the reading comes back out of range then please contact us.

This is down to user preference, but we generally advise to do a test with every new pot of test strips to ensure accuracy, and also whenever you get a reading you are not expecting or if the meter has been dropped.

– It will be on the side of your testing strip pot, titled ‘Control Range’ in bold writing. You will be looking for the range next to the green N.

It does not. If you start getting inaccurate readings then perform a control solution test.

We advise you only use batteries provided directly from us as they are made specifically for the meter and are much stronger. The ones we provide are also free of charge.

You can download the Glooko App on the App store or Google Play if you have a Bluetooth meter. Alternatively, you can request a USB cable from us for PCs.

If you get them on prescription then through your GP/Pharmacy. If you want to purchase them you can do so through our website store.
