You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences that positively impact patient care.
As an Assistant Supply Chain Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
Processing customer orders and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy
Providing excellent customer care and support
Managing stock control and ensuring orders are processed smoothly
Supporting logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Assisting with marketing and other team initiatives
Handling any additional tasks that help our team thrive
What You’ll Need:
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A professional and polite telephone manner for effective communication
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comprehensive in-house training will be provided to help you thrive in the role.
While the standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, occasional flexibility may be required.
