As an Assistant Supply Chain Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy

  • Providing excellent customer care and support

  • Managing stock control and ensuring orders are processed smoothly

  • Supporting logistics to ensure timely deliveries

  • Assisting with marketing and other team initiatives

  • Handling any additional tasks that help our team thrive

What You’ll Need:

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • A professional and polite telephone manner for effective communication

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comprehensive in-house training will be provided to help you thrive in the role.

While the standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, occasional flexibility may be required.
